SunExpress App Charged But No Ticket
I attempted to book a SunExpress flight via the SunExpress mobile app on 27 February 2026 from Manchester to Antalya for the flight scheduled at 13:35 on 2 July 2026. After entering my payment details and confirming the payment, the app showed a message instructing me to call customer services. Despite the payment being taken, no ticket or booking confirmation was issued, and I did not receive any booking reference or document. When I called SunExpress customer service as instructed, I was told that the payment was considered an unrecognised transaction and that I should wait for a refund. At this point, I have been charged but still do not have any ticket or confirmed booking, and I was not given any concrete solution apart from waiting. I request that my situation be resolved by first ensuring my payment is fully refunded and then issuing the ticket for the same Manchester–Antalya flight on 2 July 2026 at 13:35 at the same price and conditions that were available at the time of my original booking attempt. I expect SunExpress to correct this issue promptly and ensure I do not suffer any financial loss or fare increase due to this technical or procedural problem.
