SunExpress Charged Me Without Issuing a Ticket, Conflicting Refund Information


On August 23, 2024, I attempted to purchase a ticket on the SunExpress website for the Çukurova-Düsseldorf flight on September 20, 2024, at 03:45. However, the ticket was not issued, but the payment was still deducted from my account. I contacted customer service, as suggested by the screenshot I’ve attached, and each time I called, I received different responses about when the refund would be processed—3, 5, 7, or 9 days. The conflicting information has caused a lot of confusion and frustration. I’m writing here in hopes that my issue will be resolved promptly. I expect a clear and timely resolution to this matter.
