SunExpress Invoicing Issue: Corporate Tickets Issued to Passenger Instead of Company

I am an executive assistant at a private company. I frequently purchase airline tickets that need to be invoiced to the company. When booking SunExpress tickets on their website, despite entering the company information correctly, the invoice is issued to the passenger instead of the company when I view it. I also provide my own email address, but I do not receive any flight-related emails there, and no corrections are made later.
For about a year, we have been unable to perform membership-related procedures online due to the system being under renovation. We have been waiting for a year, and unfortunately, we see that there are still issues, which is unacceptable for such a major airline company.
I kindly request that this matter be resolved promptly.
