SunExpress Airlines Online Check-In Failure Due to "element not found" Error


I can't complete the online check-in for SunExpress Airlines. On mobile, I get an "element not found" error, and on the website, it says, "we apologize, we cannot complete the transaction at this time." Looking at the comments, I see this is a common issue. I don’t want to face problems since this is for my return flight from abroad. Please help. Attached are the PNR details.
