Hello, I flew with SunExpress from Ankara Esenboğa Airport to Frankfurt, and they left my luggage at Ankara Airport. It has been 5 days, and I still haven't received my luggage. I filed a report and made a complaint, but there has been no response. They didn’t put a tag on my luggage. When I called, they just told me to contact Ankara Airport, which is very frustrating.
