SunExpress Left My Luggage in Ankara
Hello, I flew with SunExpress from Ankara Esenboğa Airport to Frankfurt, and they left my luggage at Ankara Airport. It has been 5 days, and I still haven't received my luggage. I filed a report and made a complaint, but there has been no response. They didn’t put a tag on my luggage. When I called, they just told me to contact Ankara Airport, which is very frustrating.
I have an important job interview, and they are not delivering my luggage. This situation is very distressing. I took a picture of my luggage on my phone just in case, but they are still not delivering it to Frankfurt.
Ankara Esenboğa Airport called us 4 days ago, saying, "Your luggage was left here because SunExpress forgot to put a tag on it. Your luggage is here." My luggage is being held by SunExpress and not being sent to Frankfurt. I have valuable items in my luggage and need it for my job interview. I demand that my luggage be delivered immediately.
