SunExpress Airlines Can't Change One Ticket Without Changing Both
Hello, I purchased two tickets for a SunExpress Airlines flight from Nuremberg to Izmir on July 18, 2024. Unfortunately, one person won't be able to fly. Why can't you change just one ticket - the one for the person who can't fly - to another date when both tickets were bought under the same reservation number? We were told, 'Because the two tickets have the same flight number, we can't change one to a different date without changing the other.' This doesn't seem right. I'm awaiting an explanation.
