SunExpress Airlines Booking Completion Is in Question Due to System Craking
Dear SunExpress team, I made a flight booking for 2 people on the evening of 09.07.2023 around 21:30. At the first attempt I received a TimeOut error in your booking system in the last step. About 10 minutes later I was able to successfully complete another booking.Although I received a booking confirmation, I do not see any bookings for this flight under my profile data online. Despite multiple attempts to contact me via your chat system, chat support did not work. This represents very poor customer service. Now I am unsure if the first canceled booking was booked anyway or if there is only one booking for me. Since I can't see the bookings and "flight 0/10" is displayed, please clarify this matter. SunExpress, why are you sending me an email asking if I'm satisfied with your solution? You haven't even responded to my complaint yet. Do you think the customer is a foolish being, Istanbul?
