Sun Express Damaged My Luggage, Left It Abandoned Without Support

On November 17, 2024, I flew on the Sun Express Üsküp-İzmir flight (11:20), only to find my luggage completely damaged and abandoned with its contents spilled out. There was no one to assist, and when I called customer service, they gave a dismissive response, saying, "We’ll open a claim."
Adding to the frustration, I was charged an extra €5 during check-in for no apparent reason. At the airport, I finally found someone at the lost-and-found desk who made me fill out a form, but this does not compensate for the damage and inconvenience.
This level of negligence and disrespect is unacceptable. I will never book a ticket with Sun Express again, and I strongly advise others against using this airline. I demand immediate compensation for my damaged luggage and better customer service.
