Problem With Not Being Able To Edit SunExpress Airlines Invoices


The inability to generate an invoice on behalf of SunExpress and their lack of responsiveness; Except for SunExpress, all airlines allow you to process invoice generation after the ticketing step. SunExpress flight information allows you to edit the invoice details, but because your invoice is generated instantly, this editing is ineffective. When contacted via WhatsApp, they respond with "I'm sorry, I can't do it, create a request" and a link. When you submit a request, you will receive the following response: "Dear passengers, while purchasing a ticket, they complete their transactions by confirming the accuracy of all information." After the payment process, invoice information cannot be added or changed. I regret to inform you that we will be unable to respond positively to your relevant request." I'm making this record not necessarily to solve my problem, but perhaps to facilitate a change in the system.
