Sunexpress Airlines Payment Stuck on "Please wait while we process your payment."

I purchased tickets for three people on the İzmir-Kayseri route through the SunExpress website. The payment was deducted from my bank card, but the page got stuck on "Please wait while we process your payment." When I spoke with SunExpress customer service about this issue, they told me that the tickets had not been booked and that the payment was pending. They advised me to contact my bank and purchase the tickets again.
I tried using a different bank card, but I encountered the same error, and the payment was again deducted from my account. I expect SunExpress customer service and their systems (especially the WhatsApp communication line, which barely works) to update themselves and urgently fix these errors to show at least some consideration for customer satisfaction.
