Sunexpress Airlines Invoice Issue Unresolved

On August 12, 2024, I booked a flight from Dalaman to Manchester through Sunexpress Airlines. During the booking process, I made sure to input all my company's details for a corporate invoice. However, when I reviewed the invoice, I was shocked to find that none of the company information was included.
Frustrated, I tried contacting customer service, but for two days straight, I couldn't reach anyone. I then attempted to communicate via WhatsApp, only to be told they weren't authorized to help. Instead, they provided a link to submit a customer request.
Unfortunately, that led to another dead end. The website was excruciatingly slow, and despite waiting all day, I kept seeing the "Please Wait" message. It's infuriating that both their website is so sluggish and I can't get help or reach anyone for any issue.
I would be incredibly grateful if someone could assist me in getting this corporate invoice corrected.
