SunExpress Airlines Lost 6 Luggage Pieces on August 2nd

On August 2, 2024, our flight with SunExpress from Germany to Adana, with a stopover in Antalya, arrived at Adana airport. We received only 2 of our 8 pieces of luggage; the remaining 6 pieces are missing. We were informed that the missing luggage was in Antalya and would arrive on the next flight. However, when we called today, we were told that the last flight had already departed and they have no information about our luggage.
Among the missing bags are perishable items and children’s clothing. Our family is suffering due to this situation. We urgently need a resolution and hope for a prompt response.
