Lost Luggage After Delayed SunExpress Flight from Düsseldorf to Ankara
On July 25, 2024, my flight from Düsseldorf to Ankara with SunExpress was delayed due to an emergency landing and was rescheduled for July 27, 2024, via Cologne. Upon arrival at Ankara Esenboğa Airport, I discovered that my luggage, along with the luggage of 10 other passengers, was missing. While some passengers received their luggage, ours could not be found.
Even though a lost luggage report was filed at the airport, we were not provided with any tracking number or information, making it impossible to check the status of our luggage. This situation has significantly disrupted our holiday, and despite our repeated calls, we have not received a satisfactory response.
I request that my luggage be found and delivered to me as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will be forced to initiate legal action.
