On August 13, 2024, I flew with SunExpress from Antalya to Skopje (flight XQ630), and some of my belongings went missing from my suitcase. When I retrieved my luggage, I noticed that the zipper wasn’t closed the way I had left it. I assumed a customs officer might have opened it, so I didn’t pay much attention at the time. However, the suitcase looked like it had been through a war—covered in damage. Other passengers on the same flight were also complaining.
After filing a damage report, I headed home, only to discover that some items were missing from my luggage. Specifically, a clear bag containing a €160 electric toothbrush, special toothpaste, and a cream was gone. I know for certain that I had placed this bag inside my suitcase.
As a frequent traveler, this is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and I’m requesting that the inconvenience I’ve experienced be addressed. I kindly ask for an investigation into this matter and would appreciate being informed of any findings.
