I Face Online Check-In Error with SunExpress Flight LWB9A6 Izmir to Antalya

On August 19, 2025, at 09:58, I tried multiple times to complete my online check-in for SunExpress flight LWB9A6 from Izmir to Antalya. I used both the SunExpress mobile app and the official website, but each attempt failed. Despite filling in all the required fields, the system repeatedly displayed the error message: “Please fill in the mandatory fields.”
I attempted the process on my Samsung smartphone, yet the same error occurred every time, preventing me from finalizing my check-in. This is not the first time I have faced such an issue; similar software problems with SunExpress’s digital systems have happened before, and I am growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of improvement.
I did not contact customer service this time, as past experiences showed that digital errors are often ignored, and I did not want to waste more time. Still, I find it unacceptable that passengers are left stranded by a malfunctioning system.
I expect SunExpress to fix the recurring technical problems in its online check-in system immediately and to issue a formal apology for the inconvenience and stress caused. Customers deserve a reliable and functional platform for such essential processes.
