During my XQ743 flight from London to Gaziantep, I was disappointed to find that my stroller had a broken wheel upon arrival (the wheel is missing). Someone tampered with my locked suitcase and now my tea, coffee, and knife set are nowhere to be found. The lock was different from how I had left it; I had made sure it was secured in the middle of the zipper, but it had been relocked at the end. Our luggage was delivered late, and unfortunately, a majority of the bags, including ours, suffered damage or tampering. Our return to Turkey was filled with anticipation, but unfortunately, our excitement was overshadowed by this particular experience. It would be greatly appreciated if your staff could receive more regular monitoring. Thanks a lot.
