Damaged Stroller Received After SunExpress Flight, No Proper Resolution

On Sunday, at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, I waited for an hour to retrieve my luggage and stroller after a SunExpress Airlines flight. To my shock, the stroller arrived severely damaged, with a broken wheel and completely deformed. I immediately reported it to the Lost and Found office, where I was given a form to file a complaint.
Today, I was informed that the damage was “repairable.” This response feels dismissive and unacceptable. How am I expected to continue using a stroller in this condition? Who will handle these repairs? I anticipated a more professional and constructive resolution. SunExpress has failed to meet my expectations, and I urge them to provide a proper solution for the damage caused.
