Sugo blocks me from signing up again saying 'device abnormal'—how can I fix this?

When Sugo blocks you with a "device abnormal" error, it's most likely because your device has been marked for account behavior in the past.

Sugo only lets you have one account per device, and this message can appear if you try to create a second account, even after deleting.

According to reports on Xolvie, this mistake usually happens after an account is banned or after multiple logins from the same phone.

To fix this, go to Settings > Apps > Sugo > Storage > Clear Data/Clear Cache and delete the app's cache and data. Then, restart your device.

Make sure you're not using an emulator or VPN, because Sugo might think this is odd.

If the problem still happens, try signing up on a device that hasn't been linked to Sugo before.

❗ If none of the above solutions work, you might post a complaint on Xolvie, where Sugo has answered people before.
