Sugo And Sugo Lite Suspicious Device Error Blocking Account Access

As of today, I am unable to log into the Sugo and Sugo Lite apps from my Samsung A51 phone. I was previously using both applications without any issues, but now I receive a “suspicious device” warning and cannot access either app.
I had been purchasing in-app Colin’s credits, and I currently have a balance accumulated in my account. Since I cannot log in, I am unable to access my account, check my balance, or use these credits. I received a password via Şikayetvar, but despite this, I still cannot log into my Sugo and Sugo Lite accounts.
I request that the issue causing the “suspicious device” warning be resolved immediately so I can securely access my account again. I also want to ensure that my existing Colin’s balance remains intact and fully visible in my account. I ask to be informed as soon as possible about when I will be able to log in again.
