SUGO Device Restriction Blocks Me From Logging In

1

I am unable to log in to the SUGO app on my Honor X9c phone. I was previously able to use the app without any problems on the same device, but for about a week now, whenever I try to access the app, I receive a red warning stating that my device has been restricted due to violations and suspicious activity, and I cannot proceed.

I do not accept being completely blocked by this warning when I have not violated any rules on my device. Because my device has been unfairly restricted, I am unable to use the app or access its services.

I request that SUGO clearly explain the reason for restricting my device and, if this was the result of an error, promptly review the situation, remove the device restriction, and restore my ability to log in to my account.
