Sugo App 'Device Abnormal' Error Prevents Registration

I have been trying to register on the normal Sugo app (not Sugo Lite) using my Infinix Note 11i in Anambra State, Nigeria, but the app keeps blocking me with a “device abnormal, you can’t be registered” message. This happens right at the first step of registration, where I am asked to enter my date of birth and upload my picture. As soon as I try to proceed from that page, the “device abnormal” warning appears and I am not allowed to continue. I first faced this problem over a month ago and could not complete my registration then. I tried again yesterday and today, but the same “device abnormal, you can’t be registered” message keeps appearing, and I still cannot move past the first step. Because the app does not allow me to go further inside, I have not been able to find any support or contact option within the app to report this issue directly to Sugo. I am very eager to use Sugo and I feel stuck because I am being blocked before I even have a chance to create an account. I kindly request that you remove the “device abnormal” restriction on my device so that I can register successfully and have my account approved, or provide any necessary fix that will allow me to complete the registration process without this error.
