I have been unable to use the Sugo app on my iPhone 15 Pro Max for more than a year because my device appears to be banned. The application does not clearly state the reason for this ban, and I have not been informed of any specific violation. I tried to reach Sugo support regarding this issue, but I did not receive any response. As a result, I have been deprived of using the app on my device for a long time without any explanation. I kindly request that you review my situation, remove the device ban on my iPhone 15 Pro Max, and inform me clearly if there is any reason or allegation behind this ban.
