Sugo Phone Ban Preventing Access to Account
I have been experiencing an issue with the Sugo application for 11 days. When I try to log in to the app, I encounter a phone ban problem and I am unable to access my account or use the service. I have not been informed of any reason for this ban, and as far as I know there is no legitimate reason for such a restriction on my phone or account. This situation is preventing me from using the application and benefiting from the service I signed up for. I kindly request that the phone ban on my account be removed and my access to the Sugo application be restored, or that I be given a clear explanation if there is any justified reason.
