Sugo Device Registration Error Blocks Me From Using the App
I had been using the Sugo app for a long time, but I deleted it from my phone for a while. About one month ago, I downloaded it again through Google Play and tried to start using it once more. However, whenever I attempt to log in, I receive an error message saying, “Current device is abnormal and cannot be registered.”
Even though I created new accounts using different email addresses, I still cannot log in in any way, and the application refuses to recognize my device. My phone is a Xiaomi Redmi 14 Pro, and I can use all other applications normally without any issues. The problem only occurs with the Sugo app.
I request that my device registration be reset so I can use my Sugo account again, and I ask for assistance in restoring my ability to log into the application successfully.
