Sugo Device Banned on Infinix Smart 7 Without Explanation

15

I use the Sugo app on my Android phone (Infinix Smart 7). Recently, when I try to log in, I cannot use the application because it shows a red error message saying “The current device has been banned” on the login screen. On this banned screen, my phone number is shown as +92 3239243*** and I cannot go past this step. As far as I understand, my device has been reported and then banned, but I did not receive any clear explanation about the reason for this ban. I cannot open the app at all and I do not know what violation I am supposed to have committed. I request that you urgently check this situation, explain clearly why my Infinix Smart 7 device has been banned, and if there is no valid reason or if it was reported by mistake, that you remove the device ban and restore my access to the Sugo app.
