Unban My Sugo Device

I am writing regarding an issue I experienced today, 6 July 2026, with the Sugo social media app on my Android phone, a Realme C63. Without any prior warning, my account suddenly logged out and a pop‑up appeared stating that my device has been banned. Since then, I have been unable to use Sugo on this device. I have never received any warning or notification about violating Sugo’s rules and I am not aware of doing anything that would justify a device ban. After the incident, I tried to contact Sugo support, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that my device ban be lifted so that I can access Sugo again on my Realme C63, or at least that a clear explanation be provided as to why this device ban was imposed.
