Unjust Permanent Device Ban On SUGO

1

I am writing to report an unjust permanent hardware restriction (device ban) placed on my phone in the SUGO application and to request an urgent review of my case. My device is a Samsung Galaxy A07 (model SM‑A075F/DS, Light Violet, 4 GB / 128 GB), which I purchased brand new on October 15, 2026 from the official Samsung authorized distributor Al Boraq. The phone was sealed in its box until that date and was activated for the very first time after purchase, and I bought this sealed box only yesterday. As soon as I created a new account and tried to use SUGO on this new device, I was shocked to see that my phone was permanently banned for “Dangerous Behavior” even though this device had never been used before. Your automated system rejected my appeal under Appeal ID D712816974937202688 without properly considering the official proof I provided. By email, I have already sent the distributor’s database activation record showing the exact purchase and activation date of the phone (October 15, 2026), which confirms that I am an innocent new owner and that no prior misuse from my side is possible. In addition, I have a screenshot of the in‑app warning screen that clearly shows the device-ban message. I also have the official warranty document showing that the device is brand new and was purchased on October 15, 2026. I respectfully request that senior SUGO management manually review my case, check the device activation date and the supporting proof I have already submitted, and immediately lift the hardware restriction on my phone so that I can use my SUGO account normally. I am ready to provide any additional information needed, including device details (Device ID: 1edd3fb81b931b51, IMEI: 356562654576***) and purchase documentation, to fully clarify the situation. I kindly ask for a prompt response and resolution, as my new device is currently unusable with SUGO due to this incorrect ban.
