SUGO ID Banned for Showing a Knife While Cutting Fruit
I am writing to request an urgent review and unban of my SUGO account, which was banned on 24/09 at 6:55. Since then, whenever I try to log in, I receive a message on the screen stating that the current device has been blocked. My account details are as follows: SUGO ID: 275508*** User ID / U: 00963935607*** Registered email: I2175***@gmail.com The restriction happened because a knife appeared during my live stream. I want to clarify that I was only using the knife to cut fruits, and it was completely harmless. There was absolutely no intention of violence, self-harm, or violating community guidelines. It was an honest mistake and a misunderstanding, and I deeply apologize for that. I have always tried to follow SUGO’s rules and community guidelines and I have not intentionally engaged in any behavior that would violate your terms of service. I kindly request that my account and device be reviewed by a human support representative, and that the ban on my account and device be lifted if no clear violation is found. I am fully committed to following all rules in the future and I would like to continue using SUGO normally.
