Sugo App Displays "Current Device Is Abnormal" Error Banner on Android Logins

66

For about 1 week, I have been unable to log into the Sugo app from my Android phone. When I open the app, I receive the error message "Current device is abnormal and cannot be registered!" inside a red warning banner at the top of the screen, and I am consequently unable to use my account.

Furthermore, the "Log in with Facebook" button that normally should be on the login screen is not visible at all; only the "Sign in with Google" option is present. This situation prevents me from accessing my account and restricts my login choices.

I have not yet contacted Sugo support or live help. I demand that the "current device is abnormal" error be permanently resolved so I can seamlessly access my account again, and I request that the option to log in with Facebook be made visible once more.
