SUGO Says My Device Has a “Violation” but Won’t Explain Why

I have been unable to log in to the SUGO app, which I use through the Google Play Store, since August 5. The app offers “Sign in with Google” and “Sign in with Facebook” options, but whenever I try to log in, I receive a warning saying that my device has been banned due to suspicious activity and that there is a “violation.”

I have not received any email or notification from Google or the Play Store explaining what this alleged violation is. Because no explanation has been provided, I cannot access my account and I do not know why I was blocked. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience.

I request that my account and device be reviewed and that the block be removed if it was imposed in error or without proper justification, so that I can log back into the SUGO app without further problems. I also request a clear and detailed explanation of the reason for the “violation” warning and why my device was banned.
