On September 8, 2025, at 14:48, I placed order #zmws-7yby through Yemeksepeti from the Subway Muratpaşa Beachpark branch. I ordered an Italian BMT (30 cm) Menu, and the total was 305 TL. However, the product I received looked nothing like the images: it had almost no ingredients inside, was prepared carelessly, and my bread selection was completely ignored — I was sent a standard bread instead.

The delivery took a very long 1.5 hours. In addition, the store contact numbers listed on Yemeksepeti did not work, and the store details were inaccurate. There was no option to cancel the order, and I was unable to get any support from customer service.

This experience is not just poor service, but also misleading and unfair to customers. I cannot accept that a brand claiming to be global like Subway provides such low-quality and irresponsible service. My only expectation is for this issue to be acknowledged and for a proper explanation to be given regarding the inconvenience I faced.
