Subway Order Complaint: Missing Superstar BBQ Sandwich

On September 21, 2025, at 18:40, I placed an order through Migros Yemek for delivery to the Karabağlar/Yeşilyurt area of İzmir from Subway. I ordered the Superstar BBQ (30 cm) Menu (Order No: 723889554). However, when my order arrived, the sandwich from the menu was missing — only the other items were delivered correctly.

I immediately contacted the Migros support team. They informed me that the store does not provide replacements or refunds for missing items, and that my case was forwarded to the resolution center. I did not contact Subway directly. I paid with Money Wallet, but I have not received any refund for the missing sandwich.

This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and it caused me inconvenience. I request either a refund for the missing sandwich or for the product to be delivered as ordered.
