On October 13, 2025, I placed an order through Yemeksepeti from Subway (order number #rwj4-k9rd). Although the system shows that my order was delivered, I never received it. It seems that someone else may have accepted the delivery, but it was not delivered to me.
Because the system marks it as delivered, I also did not receive any refund for the order.
When I tried to call the restaurant, the phone number listed on the app was not working, so I couldn’t reach them directly. I then contacted Yemeksepeti customer service, but they told me that according to their system, the order appeared as delivered, and due to their process, they couldn’t take any further action or help resolve the issue.
I paid ₺215.99 online with my bank card. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem, and I’m requesting that my issue be resolved — either through a full refund or by having my order resent.
