Gotogate Increased Final Flight Ticket Price Without Explanation
On May 24, 2025, I purchased a Flypgs (Pegasus Airlines) flight ticket through Gotogate. Although the total price displayed was $349, $360 was charged to my Yapı Kredi account. Even though I did not approve any additional services, deductions, or extra fees, I was charged more than the listed amount.
This transaction relates to order number 1065-283-084 placed through Gotogate. Neither Gotogate nor the bank has provided any explanation regarding the reason for the excess charge, and I have not received any response.
I request that Gotogate refund the excess amount charged above $349 as soon as possible and provide a clear written explanation for the overcharge.
