Subway Delivery Went to Another Customer

On October 12, 2025, around 3:30 PM, I placed a ₺320 order through Yemeksepeti from Subway, to be delivered to my address in Erzene Neighborhood, İzmir (order number #y1hv-8b3q). However, my order was never delivered to me — it was apparently delivered to someone else instead.

As soon as I realized this, I contacted Yemeksepeti customer service, but they offered no solution and did not resolve the issue. Because the order was not delivered to me, I’m requesting that my loss be compensated and that a full refund be issued.

I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
