I Got Partial Refund from Pegasus for Canceled Booking Flights and Still Wait for the Rest

On July 10, 2025, I purchased round-trip Pegasus Airlines flights through Booking.com.tr for the dates October 7, 2025 (Istanbul to Zurich) and October 13, 2025 (Zurich to Istanbul). The total amount charged to my credit card was $68.10 USD.

Within an hour of booking, I contacted Pegasus Airlines customer service and canceled both flights. According to Pegasus’s 24-hour cancellation policy, I was entitled to a full refund with no deductions. A representative confirmed this and requested my IBAN number since the refund couldn’t be processed directly to my card. I immediately sent my IBAN by email.

But instead of refunding the full $68.10 USD, Pegasus only returned ₺226, which is significantly less than what I originally paid. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times via phone and email, but I keep receiving automated responses with no real help or resolution.

It’s been 12 days and a well-known airline like Pegasus still hasn’t returned the rest of my money. This is completely unacceptable. I demand the remaining balance of my refund to be processed immediately and for Pegasus to take responsibility for this delay and negligence.
