Paid Extra for Bershka Same-Day Delivery But Didn’t Receive Order on Time
On October 5, I placed an order from Bershka’s online store with the order number 40322841396 and selected the “Same-Day Delivery Istanbul” option. When I placed the order, it clearly stated that I would receive my package on October 6, and I even paid an additional $4 for this service. My delivery address is in Şişli, Istanbul.
However, it’s now October 6 at 8:24 PM, and my package still hasn’t arrived. I specifically chose same-day delivery and paid the extra fee to ensure timely arrival. The website still shows that the delivery is scheduled for October 6, but that deadline has already passed. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a delay, and while I suspect the issue might be with the courier company, I purchased this service under the guarantee of on-time delivery.
I’m requesting that my order be delivered today as promised, in line with the “Same-Day Delivery” commitment that I paid extra for.
