Camper Payment Taken but Order Missing, Refund Request

On 17.10, I purchased a pair of boots from the website camper.com.tr and paid ₺9,000. The payment was successfully withdrawn from my account, but I did not receive any confirmation e-mail, and the order does not appear in the “my orders” section on the site. It has been about a week and the product has not been delivered. I contacted customer service in writing, but I have not received any response, and the phone lines are not being answered either. I request that my order, which does not appear in the system despite the payment being taken, be cancelled and my ₺9,000 refunded as soon as possible. When I look at the company’s reviews, I sadly see that many people are experiencing similar problems, and I would like my issue to be resolved without further delay.
