Trendyol Refused to Cancel My Order Despite Non-Delivery and Holding My Money

The order with delivery number 9028020236 (order no: 9654368518), which I placed on Thursday, December 5, still hasn't arrived. The order was supposed to arrive by Thursday, December 9 at the latest. It shows that the order was allegedly handed over to Yurtiçi Kargo, but for the last three days, it has been updated every morning around 9 AM, saying it couldn’t be delivered. Yurtiçi Kargo visited this building on the 9th and 10th, and they delivered orders placed last week, including mine and my neighbors’, but for some reason, this order is not being delivered. The location of the so-called delivery point is also unknown. Trendyol continues to avoid taking responsibility and is still holding onto my money. I told them I wanted to cancel the order because it hadn’t arrived, and they said that if it arrived, I can return it. They also said that orders in transit cannot be canceled. So, this package might be lost or damaged during transit, but neither the seller nor Trendyol seems to care; it has become my problem. Trendyol is not providing the secure shopping service they promised. The reason I paid an extra commission through Trendyol’s platform to place the order was to ensure my money is secure in situations like this, where I can get a refund if the product doesn’t arrive. This platform, which promised secure shopping services, is not delivering on its commitment in this case. I am frustrated and want my money back. If I have to wait 15 days and escalate this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, why did I pay Trendyol a commission for secure shopping? Where is the security of this purchase? I paid the money, but I haven’t received the product. I’ve contacted them, and stated that I want to cancel the order, but they are refusing. I am very dissatisfied with this situation.
