Starbucks Sent Wrong Cookies Twice and Refused Immediate Replacement

Today, I ordered mini triple chocolate cookies from Starbucks Arastapark, but they mistakenly sent mini cookies instead. This is the second time this has happened. Last week, the exact same issue occurred—I ordered the correct product, but they sent the wrong one. I later found out the item wasn’t even in stock, yet it wasn’t updated in their system. I had to wait two days for a refund.
Today, even though the cookies were in stock, they admitted their mistake and sent the wrong product again. I requested an exchange and hadn’t even opened the package, but they refused, saying their courier wasn’t available. They told me I would need to repurchase the correct item and wait for a refund later. This repeated inconvenience and poor service are unacceptable. I should not have to spend more money to correct their error. I expect Starbucks Arastapark to address this immediately and improve their service.
