Starbucks Order via Getir Arrived Wrong Size and Cold, No Resolution

On 06/11/2024, I ordered two items from Starbucks through the Getir app: a large-sized drink (Venti) and a hot sandwich. Despite paying for a large drink, the drink I received was small, half-empty, and ice-cold. The sandwich, which was supposed to be hot, arrived cold as well.
I contacted Getir to request a replacement, but they claimed they don’t handle product exchanges and referred me to Starbucks. After speaking with Starbucks, they blamed Getir, stating they didn’t have the appropriate couriers. Neither company accepted responsibility, leaving me frustrated and without a resolution.
Both Starbucks and Getir charged me for full-sized, hot items but delivered substandard products. I demand an immediate refund or proper replacements. This level of service is unacceptable.
