On 29 September 2024, I purchased a Smeg dough mixer from the Jumbo store in Ankamall, Ankara, spending around ₺32,000 because I wanted a high-quality brand. When I used it for the first time on the weekend, the machine started bouncing around during the dough kneading process. I also noticed that the machine heats up. I shared a video with the store, but they referred me to Boğaziçi İthalat in Istanbul for support. The local service in Mamak, Ankara, asked me to either bring the machine there or send it to Istanbul, saying it could be faulty.
I'm extremely frustrated by this situation—having spent so much on a premium product, the customer service approach has been disappointing. Despite acknowledging the issue, they are not offering a replacement or refund. I’m hesitant to ship such an expensive electronic device, and I'm not sure if they'll even repair it. I regret spending so much money and expect a solution soon.
