Karcher S2 Steam Cleaner Stopped Working After Three Uses - No Refund Yet

In May, I purchased a Karcher S2 series steam cleaner and paid ₺9,900 by credit card. I was only able to use the product twice; on the third use, the machine heated up but stopped producing steam. The store where I purchased it did not assist me and directed me to a service center in Ankara. After the product stayed there for 10 days, I was told, “We don’t handle this; you need to send it to Istanbul.” I sent it to the Istanbul service center, and I have been facing this issue for over 40 days. Throughout this entire process, I requested a refund, but no solution was provided. I contacted customer service multiple times, and each time I was simply told to wait. Today, I was finally contacted and informed that the product had been repaired, but they could not say when it would be delivered. I have been strung along for a month and a half over a product I cannot use, and no solution-oriented approach has been offered. It is unacceptable for a product that broke down on the third use to cause such prolonged inconvenience and for neither the seller nor the company to take responsibility. I request either a refund for my product or an immediate resolution of my grievance.

The product arrived after service, but the light is not working. Will it be the same process again, a process that will take at least a month? Uninterested, every time I call they say it will be taken care of, but it never is, and the process keeps getting longer.
