BMW 1.18i Front Windshield Grille Corrosion - Free Replacement Request

I own a 2015 BMW 1.18i and recently noticed corrosion on the grille protectors located at the bottom of the front windshield. This situation has seriously shaken my confidence in the quality of the part and in the durability I expect from a BMW vehicle. I took the vehicle to the authorized service center in Bursa and clearly reported the corrosion problem. However, the staff showed no intention of addressing the issue or offering a solution, which left me disappointed in terms of both customer support and after-sales service. I believe that this corrosion problem is not normal for a vehicle of this class and should be evaluated within the scope of a free replacement campaign. I kindly request that BMW review my case, contact me as soon as possible, and replace the defective component free of charge, without any additional cost.
