My New KitchenAid Dough Mixer Head Won’t Rotate and Store Refused to Help
I spent a significant amount of money (₺) on a brand-new KitchenAid dough mixer, expecting top-tier performance. But right out of the box, the mixer head doesn’t rotate at all. It’s completely nonfunctional, and this is supposed to be a premium appliance.
I went back to the store I purchased it from—Ataşehir Palladium Enplus—to report the issue. Instead of offering real help or a solution, they brushed me off and handed me a random phone number based in Ankara. That’s it. No service, no support, no accountability.
This is unacceptable. When you buy from a premium brand, you expect quality and proper after-sales service. I’m demanding immediate support from both KitchenAid and Enplus. Either fix the machine or replace it without delay. I will not accept being ignored after paying this much.
