I Face Unauthorized $108 Charge From Smallpdf on Enpara Card Without SMS Verification
On July 21, 2025, I noticed through my account activity that $108 was charged to my Enpara credit card by Smallpdf without my knowledge or consent. No SMS verification was requested during the process, which makes this charge even more concerning.
As soon as I realized the situation, I immediately contacted my bank. However, I was told repeatedly that since the transaction was still in the provision stage, they could not process my dispute. Despite my calls and objections, no action was taken.
Even if there was a trial membership involved, this amount should not have been deducted without my explicit approval and SMS confirmation. This points to a serious security and infrastructure issue.
I demand that my $108 be refunded immediately and expect Smallpdf to explain how such a charge could be made without verification. I should not be forced to pay for a service I never knowingly used or authorized.
