I Face Unauthorized $108 Charge From Smallpdf Without My Consent

My spouse signed into Smallpdf to process a file. The site requested a ₺25 fee for the operation. I entered the code sent via online banking, but the transaction showed ₺0.00 withdrawn, and we could not complete the process. We then logged out, assuming no payment had gone through.

However, today I received a bank notification showing that $108 was charged to my account. Without my knowledge or consent, a Pro membership was activated, and the amount was deducted in full.

This situation is unacceptable. I never agreed to a Pro subscription, and the charge was made without authorization. I demand an immediate refund of the $108. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action.
