Smallpdf charged my card $108 without my permission! I entered my payment information just to try the free trial for one file conversion, yet they charged me for a full-year subscription without my consent. I had no intention of subscribing, and I don't even use the app! This situation is unjust and deceptive. I wasn't given any clear notice regarding the charge, and now my funds have been withdrawn without my consent. I expect a prompt refund for this unauthorized charge. Please cancel my subscription and issue a refund immediately. If this issue isn't addressed, I will have to escalate the matter to dispute the charge!
