Skycop Not Responding After Flight Delay Claim Submission

I submitted a claim through Skycop regarding a delay on my Pegasus flight dated January 26, 2026. After filing the claim, I was asked to provide certain documents, and I submitted all the requested paperwork on time.

However, after sending the documents, I have not received any response from Skycop. I have not been informed about the status of my claim, nor have I been given any clear explanation regarding what stage my case is currently in.

I am requesting that Skycop provide a clear written update regarding the current status of my claim, confirm what stage of processing it is in, and inform me whether any additional documentation or action is required from me.
