I Got Charged Without Booking Confirmation from Skyscanner Partner and Can’t Reach Support

I was charged on my card for a hotel or flight reservation made through a Skyscanner-linked provider, but I never received any confirmation email, booking number, or itinerary. I tried every method to contact the company—submitted multiple support tickets, double-checked my email folders repeatedly, and even looked for alternate communication channels—but there has been absolutely no response.
What’s worse, Skyscanner themselves have also failed to respond to my inquiries regarding this missing booking. I now have a payment deducted from my account with no service delivered and no way to track or verify the reservation.
This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I urgently request that Skyscanner and their booking partner investigate this issue, provide me with the booking confirmation or refund the unauthorized charge, and ensure their users are not left in the dark after payment. Please treat this matter with priority.
